Do you ever feel like you are delivering results, while someone else gets the credit?

I once spent three years doing some of the best work of my career, and almost nobody outside my immediate team knew about it. The work was meaningful, the results were real, and I believed that if I just kept delivering, people would notice, and that someone would tap me on the shoulder and say, “We see you.”
