In a recent FW Mini Masterclass about the importance of resilience during a major career shift, Jamila Rizvi admits many women in her life have a complicated relationship with the word. On the one hand, there’s the dictionary definition of resilience – the ability to adapt to change – and on the other, there’s the way it’s applied.
