The gender pay gap still exists, workplace harassment and discrimination is culturally entrenched, women remain underrepresented in leadership roles and in the workforce – with women’s participation in paid employment comparatively low. Nonetheless, change is possible when employees and employers of all genders collaborate with the shared belief that gender equity is good for everyone.
