Most of us do. Maybe you have told friends about it or maybe you have kept it close to your chest. But it’s there, waiting for you to do something about it.Despite this, most people don’t actually write one. It’s a long and enduring process that usually occurs outside our day jobs and means we miss out on things — be it a friend’s birthday celebration or a sunny afternoon at the beach.
