LEADERSHIP: YOUR QUESTIONS ANSWERED
Each fortnight, experienced and award-winning leaders, Helen McCabe and Jamila Rizvi will respond to your workplace challenges live in the FW Members-Only Facebook group. They’re like the highly qualified best mate you never had, or supportive sister, who doesn’t borrow your stuff.
Too often we’re elevated to leadership roles at work but not given the tools to succeed. In Leadership: Your Questions Answered, we’ll help fill in some of those blanks for you and share new techniques for better leadership.

ABOUT US
We welcome members who want to be part of a thriving digital community and benefit from career planning, professional development, mentoring and networking opportunities.

We work with employers to accelerate women’s careers, support men to overcome bias, and build diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces.
Through our social enterprise, Jobs Academy, we also support women who face barriers to participation in the paid workforce, to build confidence, connections and find work.
We are leading a national conversation on women’s safety, equality, and economic security through our events, books and podcasts.

Future Women acknowledges the land on which our team members live and work. From the wet and windy lands of the Kulin nations, to the Kaurna people’s rolling Adelaide plains, to Gadigal and Gumbaynggirr land where the sun always shines, the first owners of our national capital, the Ngunnawal and Ngambri people, and across the seas to the land of the Maori people of New Zealand. We pay our respects to Elders past and present. We recognise that the Aboriginal land on which many of our team work has never been ceded and the work of reconciliation is not yet done. Future Women are committed to continuing the conversations about women and their work that have taken place on this Country for tens of thousands of years.
