FW are looking for experienced mentors to join our mentoring program and contribute their time and expertise in exchange for a special FW membership.

The Mentor Membership provides access to:

Have you successfully mentored women in the past? Are you great at facilitating small group discussions and helping people work through professional challenges? We would love you to apply to join our Mentor Membership, valued at $950.

We’re looking for people who can commit to delivering 5 small group mentoring sessions in the coming year. These sessions are run virtually as groups of maximum 8 participants where discussions focus on specific professional challenges women and gender diverse people face at work.

Who we are looking for?

  • People who have successfully mentored others in the past, either formally or informally
  • People who enjoy facilitating discussions and making sure everyone has their say
  • Those who feel confident fostering a solutions-focused conversation and helping people with their career challenges
  • You must be comfortable with providing at least one referee who can vouch for your skills and/or experience as relevant to mentoring (NB: if referred by an FW team member, they can fulfil this requirement).
