You’re trying to show up at work and be professional. You’ve got to solve problems, present information and speak with people. But your heart is pounding. Your mouth is dry. Your brain keeps blanking, and waves of imposter syndrome throw your confident, capable self into a washing machine.

When you’re experiencing anxiety, your mind plays tricks on you. It tells you that no one else feels like this. That you’re not doing a good enough job, or that everyone is judging you. You feel totally alone, which perpetuates the cycle.
