Change Makers The Change Makers course is designed for men who aim to become better managers and leaders by understanding the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace for themselves, their organisation, and their teams. What is Change Makers? It is an intensive one-day live online program, featuring expert facilitators and subject matter experts. The program offers curated modules on topics such as workplace laws regarding sexual harassment, performance review bias, and strategies for becoming an inclusive leader. It includes interactive exercises, active participation, and regular break-out rooms for engaging discussions in a psychologically safe environment. Platinum+ Emerging Leaders FW has designed the Platinum+ Emerging Leaders membership specifically to respond to the challenges facing mid-career women in the workplace. This 12-month program engages mid-career women and gender diverse people to develop their confidence, capabilities and connections. Retaining and promoting high performing women is essential for an organisation’s growth and success and has flow on benefits for reputation, productivity and profitability. Platinum+ prepares all women to be inclusive leaders, with a strong focus on strategies to support, communicate with and lead diverse teams.
