Since 2018, more than 1,100 women have completed FW’s Platinum+ Emerging Leaders program. In 2027, the program returns in a smarter, sharper format, designed to fit flexibly into the lives of busy professional women.

Platinum+ Emerging Leaders offers 12 focused weeks of online professional development, followed by a 12-month FW Membership to keep the momentum going. Built for women in high-pressure corporate and government roles, it helps you build management skills and meet future workforce demands while balancing career ambition with real-world responsibilities.

Build confidence: Establish authority and composure

Stress is contagious, but so is calm. Learn to regulate your nervous system in high-stress moments, prepare for unforeseen management challenges, and reset your boundaries cleanly when they slip.

Build capability: Strategic influence and tech leverage

Master cross-functional diplomacy, delegation through AI, and managing up, across and down. Audit the gap between the capabilities you have and those that future roles will demand, and gain the clarity you need to progress.

Build connection: Cross-industry peer networks

The Briefing FW's Helen McCabe and Jamila Rizvi tackle common mistakes of early career leaders. Audio-only, delivered directly to your commute.

The Foundations Expert facilitator-led masterclasses on critical leadership issues including: tech leverage, calm authority, strategic diplomacy, political capital and currency.

The Deep Dive Learning Circles are a safe, honest and collaborative space to navigate workplace debates and workshop current leadership challenges.

The Reflection Structured time to help turn each week’s practical learning into knowledge you’ll retain and plans you can implement.

The FW Leadership Summit Interactive and inspirational, our Leadership Summit can be attended in person or online. Cohort 1 can attend in 2027 and later cohorts in 2028.

The Personal Skills Four blocks of small group mentoring, linked to the broader program themes. Access for 12 months from program commencement.

The Connection Join us in Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane to meet fellow women leaders and the FW team in person.
